For a seller, it provides an efficient existing strategy and an opportunity to rebalance portfolios toward an optimum desired return. DomainMart also facilitates negotiations between buyers and sellers.

According to DomainMart, a listed portfolio must have at least $8,000 in annual monetized revenue and a monetization track record of at least three months.
