I have a gift related site and want to rank all keywords in USA Google ip. so somebody have some more tips in off page or on page so please give me. I am already doing "link building , directory, blog commenting , classified, forum, social book, press release etc...I am waiting for positive reply.

Keep building quality links for relevant websites.Make sure site has unique title, metas, unique content and internal linking.Social bookmarking and forum posting are very effective ways to get your keyword up.

First you register your site in google places and locate the correct position in it.
Then do the search engine submissions.
After that go for classifieds and local listings.
Post your link in niche directories, because they are more relevant to your website.
Do competitor analysis and posts your links there.
All helps to increase your ranking.
