coz nameslot once had a thread which said he wanted to buy PR domains!!

It stands for Buy It Now. You pay the BIN and you don't have to mess with bidding in the auction.
[Update] I was able to check the whois record with no problems. And PR is NOT just about backlinks, but other things as well. Sometimes I see domains with PR that have NO backlinks, so it is possible just from content and other factors.

i have tried to check whois info for mentioned domain http://whois.domaintools.com/broachkinley.com but cant..
i have checked back links which is only one.so can u tel me how u get pr3 just for one back link.
and one more thing u write that it will be expire on 05/22/2008 but u didn't mentioned that how old the domain is. if u have registered it for one year it must be registered on yesterday 05/22/2007
so just specify the above things..
