I did pasted one banner on my site 1 year ago. It didn't generated any sales. The traffic was good enough but still there was not a single sale. The products were also relevant and everything. In end I was fed up and removed the banner from the site just 2 days ago. Yesterday I got an email from the affiliate company that I have made a sale.

When the banners were there it was not generating the sales and when the banners were taken off they said I have made a sale. So i thought that I might even have made sales in past but this people didn't told me they are just telling me now to show me a carrot in front of my eyes.

Forgetting all this I went to my affiliate panel and logged in. My earnings were $145. Payment settings were also fine they should have sent me that $145 to my paypal account but it was not sent. So I read some FAQs again as it was more then one year and I am affiliating with more then 500 companies.

Now the FAQs say I have to atleast make 2 sales before my payout is sent. So this is like telling me to put that banner back on my site again for maybe next 5 years to land another sale and get my commision paid out to me. Which I doubt the sale will ever occur.

Is there some way I can monitor with my own system that how many people are clicking that banners?

yes this sucks sometimes but your earning is showing very nice. i am not even getting that amount in 6 months. when you will make another sale the amount will be around double that is now and at that time your payment will be issued so you will like that affiliate program again. 145 dollars for two times will get you 290 dollars payment which will be very good.
