EuropeOffices I liked the best out of them all.

How to sell them depends on your contacts in domaining world or in end user market.

Domain names can be sold at 2 levels. One is to another domainer or to the end user.

Agreed to Admin only Europeoffices.com sounds good, even it's "offices". I am sure it attracts multinational agents and Companies
