My guess would be more then mid $xx. If you have some time on your hands then develop it and put some PPC program on it. So that you can earn 50 to 60 dollars in 6 months. And then sell it. It will fetch y9ou more then 100 dollars. So why to lose precious names for small amount.

Description and Comments: *Always include what comes to mind first when you saw this domain* I thought, MustBuy .nets. This could be interpereted in two different ways.
1. It is a Sedo type site, except that it only does .nets, and very good "must buys".
2. It is just probably another normal site except that it is about domain industry, or the interNET industry.
Lastly, always give your summary: Undeveloped, this domain might have much potential to whoever you sell it to, but why not take advantage of the situation that you have it right now and develop it into something better?

Actually the first thing that came to my mind when I saw the domain name for the first time was also must buy (mbuy)
So I guess I will develop this domain to a shopping related site or perhaps cell phone related as in (mobile buy)
Holding on to it for half a year and get it up to a PR5 and then sell it, or if the income is good I just keep it myself.

Just another piece of advice, I strongly recommend building a strong foundation of community. If the foundation is strong, the building won't collapse. Build a separate community like a forum, where discussions are held. Do not try too big, but be most certain of one thing, always welcome your users' suggestion. They are your pillars. Likewise, without the pillar, the building will collapse.
