I'm actually thinking of developing this one into an ethnic site. What do you thing for value sake.

I think the name is good one and a brandable one.

Forum will require much of your own time and much more marketing then a normal site.

But once it is off the ground it will not stop.

I agree. I would get an idea of what other "black forums" are out there first and see if you can get some ideas from them. I would say that building up a good forum like that could be a great investment over time.

Yeah, else you could try to find an end-user to sell to.
