I am looking to buy pr domains
PR should be more then 5.

Why not just submit your site? You can get more links in less time for little money that way. Besides, if you just buy the domain, you may lose the PR very quickly as the content of the site changes, unless you purchase the entire site.
I have a couple that I may want to sell, but they would not be cheap, of course.

I had hired the directory submission guys in past two months. We also achieved PR 4 and the future was showing PR 5. But the update that is going on right now isn't giving much points to the sites.
So decided its about time to get some PR 6 links.

I understand. I would pay more attention to your traffic numbers than your PR. I am an SEO consultant and my site is a PR0, although it was a PR6 at one point. Why do I have a PR0 when I have 403 backlinks? I don't know.
The main thing is that it has not hurt my traffic or my business, so why should I care...? :-) If you are doing a good submission (200-500 sites) then I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Our traffic is not a problem. The problem is with the guys who would like to buy the featured spots on our sites. They are always seeking for PR 6+ pages.

I think your prices are very reasonable for the links. I would offer links up where someone can see them. I just signed up for your advertiser's newsletter after I saw the link... :-)
You may want to try www.LinkWorth.com to get some paid links. I am making quite a bit of money there from links on my sites. They are a pretty good company, unlike some of the link broker bandits out there.
