if we want to check the duplicate content on two live pages and that tool should display that which content is same on those pages.

Sorry if I misunderstood your question. But to check for duplicate content you should use copyscape.com

It does displays and highlights the content that is same on the given pages.

If the question is which content came first then in some cases the forum posting dates and blog postings dates do come in handy.

i have checked those content in copyscape.com but it gives result for indexed pages only.
my pages are not indexed.

Humm.... I have never seen an offline content comparison tool because who knows how search engines might be comparing the two pages contents with each other. Thinking of some more solutions if I get one then will surely post it here. :grin:
