How much time do you spend on directory submissions? 1 hour daily? or is it one time thing for your site? On an average last time when I did the directory submissions with help of Informenter, the firefox plugin it took me 4 hours to finish 1000 directories. My link builder who does the submission for me now is much faster then this he might even finish it in 3 hours or so.

I'm linkbuilder so I spend 6 or 7 hours on directory submissions daily. I'm not so faster but I finish 1000 directories in 4 or 5 hours.

time is a scarcity for me!!
but will do directory and article submission full time after my exams are done with!!

Great it took me almost 1 year to finish directory submission for this forum. But I can say I was slow on it. Finding domain forums categories was a tough job and I didn't wanted irrelevant links.

Yes I was quick enough on article submissions though. Got the site rolling and some PR to get started with help of article submissions.

Now a days i m not doing much submission as i go for article submission but i can say that my speed is good as i can submit 1000 submission in 7-8 hours.
but i used to go for article submission as it help more with compare to directory submission and i can submit 100 article within 2 hours.

hey but do article submissions help..coz i submitted a few articles and its been a few months, but i dont think google has indexed them....

Google would have indexed them but they might be in supplemental results.

If you want to see the supplemental results only then do a search and append:

*** -view

At the end of the search query.

Back to the topic I think article submissions are helping a lot. I don't know why it didn't worked out in pranav's case. But, pranav if you can provide us some more info then someone might be able to help you.

yea, i think u did not given proper links or u might not get approval from article directory.there might be many reason..

That is nice speed Gippy. I used to finish 1000 directories in 15 or so hours. But in past and with the help of firefox plugin called INFORM Enter
