Domain Asset Management system provider, Moniker.com, has brokered what is reported as the largest all-cash domain sale in history, for over $9.5 million, in a purchase by MXN Ltd.

Complete terms of the transaction for the sale of the domain name, Porn.com, to MXN Ltd., an Internet media and investment firm affiliated with DOWNLOADPASS.com, were not fully disclosed. The sale is the largest all-cash domain transaction in history. It is the second largest domain sale overall after Sex.com, which sold for reportedly US $12 million in cash and stock during a private sale in January 2005.
