But now I am not getting time to even join them or develop a website with its marketing or other stuff.

If you do not plan to become a reseller and would only like to put banners of the affiliates then.

CJ.com, Shareasale are the best choices.

moniker is a good registrar, although i haven't used their domain affiliate program.

cj has never impressed me well and i abhore all the program spam that goes with signing up with their various advertisers.
