I'd like to add http://www.domaintools.com. If you enter a word in their Domain Search function, you can see all the domains that contain that word.

The thing I love about this tool is that it will show you domains that are currently registered, not registered, expiring, or that have expired. I generally don't have much trouble finding a good domain for a project with this tool, but I like hyphenated ("-") domains which makes it easier.

Our Bizprolink-Internet site has about 18 million deleted domains names for those that like loading in a large number of domains and check them for things like PR and links.
