Do you think domain name reselling is a profitable business. I did some research on it and well the market is very saturated. I cannot imagine people registering domain names from our reseller site rather then the main ICANN registrars. Any ideas of picking up this business will be appreciated.

I have affiliate links from DirectNIC on one of my sites. When I had a LOT of them I did get some commissions, even though Dnic charges $15 a year!

One problem is that there is not much profit in each domain name, so you need to sell many to make much.

Where is your reseller site? I have wanted one for a long time becuase I think my site that has free lists of deleted domain names would be a good match for that service.

I think if someone was to offer other services as well as domain sales that it would help.

it can be really profitable if you have a good eye and are quick of the mark however a lot of work needs to be put into it and there is always a risk when buying

This thread was discussing "reselling" domains and has nothing to do with buying domains. Domain resellers are like affiliates where they sell domains for a registrar to customers and make a small profit on each one. :-)
