On top of it if you look at the ss you will see i didnt even use OurAreas.com that is because i used to have a host, but he disappeared and im still on his reseller. I am getting free hosting for the domain and i will give you the info on top of it.

These domains are valued way higher then 300.00 i am just really looking for a quick sale because of some things that came up.

The 24 dollars you spoke about was revenue for January and there was none for February. Are the revenues reliable? I mean were they generated artificially? The average monthly revenue is 8 dollars odd. Sorry if I sound too critical.

What domain parking site is that domain at? I used to use domain parks and I did make a lot from them, so ya know it is very possible that they could indeed be making this from the domain alone per month.

Ask nick i quit parking them to make something else lol a myspace site. He will even tell you that:) well anyways, its stil for sale unless i sell my myspace site instead.

Yeah. I had been with jordan since the start of this project and I know how much effort he has put into this one. 5 days in a row without sleeping is what he is doing to get his site the very best that is there to be taken.
