Thanks for providing the stats, but if you don't put brackets around the keyword phrases, you are going to get larger numbers than you should, in my opinion.
Anyone wanting to use Google estimation to determine parking revenue/traffic should use brackets:
With brackets you are only seeing numbers for exact phrase matches and without you are seeing single word and reverse word order matches as well, which I don't think is relevent for domain parking...
The population numbers are interesting, what tool did you use to get those?
The thing is the estimater works like this... broad match , exact etc how the user would search for it.
90% of the people searching do not use the brackets etc when searching. Estimater reflects the results how people search.

phrase+phrase+phrase
etc.
90% will use broad match. I use to own 2 search engines that had 850,000 uniques a day worth uniques. I had the opportunity to cature all that and archive it all.

Yes, I understand how the matching options work. The problem is that a parked domain is not going to come up well for the user's default "broad search", that is a phrase entered without quotes. There will be far too many matches.
To get a more accurate idea of the potential traffic that will find a parked domain, you must use the exact match.
I have domains (word1word2word3.com) that you CAN find if you search for "word1 word2 word3" WITHOUT the quotes. This depends on the number of other hits for those words in the exact order of course, but if you change the order of the words, you are not going to find my domain.
Remember, the Google tool is a tool for the advertiser, not the domainer. In my opinion, you must reverse your thinking about how it works in order to get useful domain information.

Hmm that is one way of looking at it but i think it's important to have an abundance of ads for a variety long as it is still on target. Long as the broad match phrase is very high paying per click i think it's safe to say these will produce incredible results if developed. I think it would be smart to host email services on the geo domains such as yourname@county.com and place the adsence in the emails like gmail. Geo domains would be a huge hit! But ya i think there is no right or wrong to our veiws. You bring a good point to factor in of course.
