what you all think about godaddy parking?

I got a domain from godaddy, and looks very easy to setup it there.

I have not yet tried it out. Maybe I will someday when I have some spare dollars to spend. But I am not mostly depending on parking side for my regular earnings so maybe someone else who has some experience with godaddy parking will be able to provide better information then me just speculating on it.

About Godaddy parking.. I have heard its kinda ok ok thing.. And heardly have heard good about them..

Few Things i would like to tell you is this... If you are from USA then its fine you could give a try...

But if you are international members then you really need to accept few things...

i.e you will be paid quaterly.. And after the quater ends.. payments will be cutted after 45 days.. that means nearly 5 months to get 1st cheque..

2ndly u get $ cheque so for clearence it takes time.. like in india around 21 to 30 days to clear......

So that means 6 months to get the money....

3rdly Godaddy is a PAID parking SERVICE.. you need to pay them monthly according to what kind of account u are holding...

So if you count everything then i dont think any1 will prefer......

If you are from USA then its monthly so you can try it... But i have not heard good reports about the CPC.. only few days back one guy claimed he got good CPC... So actually if any1 using it they would let u know...


I tried to but when looking at those terms i dropped my idea...

Yeah, any parking service that you have to pay should be avoided unless they are really, really good.

Thank you all. Especially you getaddicted. Im not from USA, im from Brazil. And after you said that , i will not park at godaddy.
I just would like to know, if the others parking websites pay international people like godaddy.
Might you suggest one good for international payments?

GoDaddy Parking is paid right, but good customer support is also there. My few domains are parked at GoDaddy and I'm satisfied with GoDaddy. So I think GoDaddy is the best domain parking place.

Just want to ask you onething.. Are you satisfied with you getting the cheque after 5 months.. and more 1 month for encashing...

It may be good for you but im just wondering y should we wait.. If its paid its fine no worries.. I use Afternic which charges $19.95 for 1 yr.. but parking payment is every month.. Thats the only thing i dont like..

The thing with GoDaddy--and any registrar really--is that they make most of their money with registrations, so they don't focus nearly as much on parking. You will get a much better payout if you use a parking company. Their entire business is parking, and they send a lot of traffic to their ad providers (Google or Yahoo for the most part) so they have the benefit of experience and an advantageous contract with Google/Yahoo that GoDaddy doesn't have. And in my experience, there are a few parking companies that monetize international traffic better than most.:grin:
