Google Page Rank Calculations
The value of how many points that migrate to the recipient page is based on the originating page's points divided by the number of outgoing links on that page.

PR goes something like this;-

PR0 = 1 page point,
PR1 = 8 page points,
PR2 = 64 page points,
PR3 = 512 page points,
PR4 = 4096 page points,
PR5 = 32768 page points
PR6 = 262144 page points,
PR7 = 2,097,152 page points,
PR8 = 16,777,216 page points,
PR9 = 134,217,728 page points.
The above is just a estimate or rough idea for calculation of PR points
If you take a link from PR4 and the page has 100 links you will get 4096/100=40.96 points.

Its Simple Nameslot.
Just Get a Backlink of PR2 minimum and you get a PR1 Guaranteed.
For exampla u get a Backlink of PR2(Higher) ie 64points one and that site less than 8 Outbound links.
Then your site gets 64/8=8Points which i enough for a PR1.

Links include every link ie Internal,External on a page.(This thread page has currently 92Links)

Should we worry about out links from our pages. If yes then we would like to enforce one link or two links in the signature.

So that our members get the most out of it.

Do you know if repeated links from a domain count towards pagerank? (i.e. if you get a sitewide link from someone that has 100 pages, would you get 'points' for each link from their site, or just the once?)

Yes it helps sometimes.
You can see the example of which people post links in Forum signatures.
And also dosent help,
IF the sitewide link is unique.
ie if all the pages have different URL's then it helps.
and if the sitewide links are from a site with footer dosent help much.
