i dont know the laws on domain names, but i think if it is a trademark, google could be in trouble, I am i right nick? Can you enlighten me again with this legal issues on domain names?

Well yes it is and still is a trademark issue. But the owner is not so tight.

It is in wrong hands. If it was in some right hands then google was surely sitting on another case and would have had to part with some $$$'s
