Eat plenty of fiber,don't smoke,Reduce your alcohol intake. Only healthy eating habits prevent chronic diseases becasue they cannot be cured by drugs or prevented by vaccine because they are caused by unhealthy lifestyle.

Well it seems like a combination of things can happen. They drink a lot and increased urination indicate diabetes or prediabetes. I would have blood sugar checked ASAP. The numbness in the legs, peripheral vascular disease could diabetes, but only appear later in life the damage that diabetes not a typical symptom of the same.

* Ask yourself if you are really hungry. You may really be thirsty, so try drinking a glass of water first. During a meal, stop eating before you feel full.
* Do physical exercises like cycling, walking, running, swimming for at least 30 minutes per day.

I am as guilty as any to ignore the pain at random here, the malaise that probably should have checked. But disabling headaches and uncontrollable now when you throw sex is not something that leaves me riding on my back. Consult a physician.

Most of the health issues today comes from the food we eat. We should be watchful of the things we take in cause these are absorbed by the body and basically causes illness if not inappropriate.
As for me, moderation in the key. Don't eat, drink, work, exercise too much. Our body also should be in balance about everything.
