Health is wealth as we all are aware of the fact , but it is only possible if a person follow some of the healthy tips like washing hands before eating, make the use of vegetables and fruits after washing only, do yoga, exercise, drink plenty of water and eat salad.

Meditating can also help you out as well.Another health tip is that you should cut down on the amount of fat you take into your body through food.
