The domain name alone can get around Low to Mid $xx.

Upon development it can be based on the Pagerank, Traffic and the revenue it earns from that Traffic.

Hmm, that's fine lol, I'm definitely at least TRYING to get a site built up on it. it has a medium-heavily modded punbb on it with arcade downloads frontpage and some other stuff, and I'll put some ads on it when I get to that. A few of my online buddies have taken a liking to it too!

I have no idea.Depend on possible use of that domain and possible domain traffic.
