How to Get a Domain name?

The domain name can be registered from the domain name registrar.
They charge nominal fees for the same. You cannot register your domain name with ICANN directly. For that you have to register the domain name through the ICANN’s accredited registar.

http://www.moniker.com

I personally use GoDaddy for managing most of my domain names. But I also have some domains registered at other registrars.
