I am wondering how are extensions (like .org .com .be .net) created?
Is it an easy job........?
Do we have to pay to create an extension......?

Yeah you have to have a working capital of 110,000 dollars. (This was it when I last looked up)

And you have to have a physical office and you have to apply to ICANN whihc can grant your request or even reject it.
