This idea may sound strange, but I offer you the following:

- I will look for available domain names matching your criteria
- You will get a list containing found names
- You choose the domain names and register them by yourself
- You tell me wich names you picked and pay the commission listed
   below to my PayPal account

Commission:
-> If you want to keep the domain name for yourself:
    3-letter domain name: 10$ per name
    4-letter domain name: 5$ per name
    5+ letter domain name: 1$ per name
-> If you sell the domain name: 10% of selling price

Obviously, you could register the domain names suggested without paying me anything, so this will only work if we can trust each other.
