Installing PHP on Home PC

I have seen many people ask this question many times on many forums

So decided to share the things here.

If you are looking to install PHP on your Home PC then you should try sokkit

I have worked with it in past and am still using it for developing scripts on my localhost and it is faster then making a change and then uploading the file on the server with FTP and then browsing it through that URL.

You can find more information and download over here:

http://www.sokkit.net/pragmacms/index.ph...;cslot_1=2

Apache, PHP and MySQL all the stuff included without wasting hours figuring out how to install them on windows or Home PC.

I personally like WAMP a lot better, takes 5 minutes to install, you run a 5-minute installer, and have http://localhost enabled with php and mysql.
