Do we need more investors or not? That also we will have to talk about. If we want more investors then also it can be arranged but then we will be going against quality in getting some more quantity.

First lets get us together and then plan on with the other things.

For the starters let me outline some things that I can do.

- I can develop scripts.
- I can sell links on anything or any page that is on the internet. :grin: (Atleast starts fetching initial investment out of it)
- I can make links and a lots of links that also fast.

I have been following the talk. I almost posted something and then decided not to. My Yahoo is Christian_SEO, but I need to install it and see if I can get it to work again...

I was going to sleep but I just saw Nameslot's post asking me to be "leader" and Sohil seems to feel that way also.

I am willing to do so with the understanding that I will be able to resign or assign that role if I decide to? I see the role more as "coordinator" than leader, but I think it is good that we have one person around which the wheels turn... :-)

It is something that Anyone from us can be a leader but I think we all are smart enough to be leaders and we all have a good understanding so I am not seeing any problems ahead of us.

The most important thing for me in this and I hope for all of us in this plan is to get something done. We all have that kind of mindset and thus that makes this more wonderful as we are not worried about leeching profits just anyhow.

That is why I would vote that we keep our group small but get only persons who think like us. Who are more interested in doing something as a team rather then getting profits from the team. If the feeling of getting profits from the team comes in mind then let me become a devil and show an example:

- I want profit.
- I worked but now I feel I am only one who is working and others are not working.
- Now I want my profits fast.
- Sometimes I want that I should have bigger share then others.
- I don't even listen to others opinion and can't stop braggin about how much efforts I am putting in.
- I think now I am fedup of others and I want to leave this group and start posting bad things that this group sucks.

The above things we don't want to happen. So my own feeling tells me I am investing my money in it because I want to get something done and if I want to get something done and take some profits from this then the risk is totally going to be mine for my investment.

I think everyone else would agree with it. Plus I don't think anything like above is happening as of now as I have more trust in our existing selection rather then anyone else.

Also lets make that we all are Bosses of each other. :grin: If I am given something to do then the ball is in my court and if I don't do that well enough then my colleagues will look upon me and would not think the same way as they used to think about me in past. That feeling also drives us to work sometimes. I had to mention this because everytime work is not fun :crying: Sometimes it has to be done because it has to be done.

My example as a programmer in my real life. I did performed some interviews recently. Nielsencl also knows about it as I asked him some questions for arranging the interviews.

I was taking programmers. But the programmers were not professionals.

As a programmer I do code even if someone is beating drums on my head.
As a programmer I do code even if I am ill. (Not telling we will do same in our investment group) But this are just promises from my side. You people will not be getting any excuses from my side as it is my life and my problems and my duties. I will solve them myself and won't cry about it that "Oh man sorry the script isn't done as I was feeling like not working yesterday."

No matter what I have to code I will code. No matter what if work is assigned to me it will get done. If it is not getting done by me then I will have to get it done by my servants who work in farm here :grin:

Plus I don't want to put this pressure on everyone here. But I think if I don't miss out. Then it will be enough to inspire others not to miss out.

We can get things done without telling someone to do it.

Well, I think we had some great ideas here, but I have been a bad "leader" and I think that those that are doing domaining already don't really have too much incentive to take what they are successful at and work with others that are newbies, like me.

The fact that our star domainers have shared information is enough I think. I just hit 250 domains and hope to have them at least paying for themselves this year - we'll see how it goes.

I still think the domain investor's club is a good idea. But I'm not sure how that should work. I think it should be a simple plan if it's done.

Now, what prompted me to write and revive this thread is that I was talking to Sohil and he mentioned something that I was thinking about and I am going to start a thread to see if we can't get all the domainers under this private topic interested. I'm sure others have had or will soon get the idea, but we may be among the first. Ok, I'm going to start the thread... :-)
