I have some magazines that I'd like to scan and save to CD. Is there a program that I can use that will allow me to create a "book" type file of these images so I can view them page-by-page?

I guess almost all scanners do have softwares shipped with it.

All you have to do is scan the files and put all images in one folder and then use some Ebook creator software to make a book out of it.

I have more used VB.Net software thus it is a used for develop any software thus it have a best tools thus we will be write a code in this software and develop a web design thus it is a best software than other software. We will be easily used option help while suggest and solved error for this software.

Absolutely right.

According to me very old scanners were scan and print and few scanners scan and save but now a days due to competition about all scanners have facilities to save copy direct to your system.

I think after scan your page you can convert them to word and 2007 version give you facility also to manage your document like a book.

Ya off-course there are many software and even if you want it to be really printed then you can also get it printed. You can get the software for free, just type "myphotobook" in Google you will get lot of such software providing sites.

I am a beginner, trying to teach myself C. I used Miracle C when I had XP. Now I switched to 7 and its not working properly. I need the one compatible with windows 7 and is as simple and clutter free as possible.

Technically, any word processing program used for this purpose. Scan each page, then import them one by one for word processing program such as images. Place each image on a separate page. This does not force you to have a copy of your word processor installed on any machine you want to read the document. You can use a software CD. You must select the files you wish to burn and save them to CD.
