The main problems with cheap and free hosts is that they get too many customers and/or bad customers and the service can suffer.

Are you keeping free and paid clients on different machines, and more importantly, will you monitor server usage so that paying clients don't have problems?

A:Yes, they are kept on different machines and I check server usage daily.
