This kind of things suck. I also know the frustrations of not being online for days. Why don't you call your ISP and tell him to get the things wrapped up and give you a proper service.

I know what the issue is. I have one solution in mind why not try a wireless connection as a spare one. So if your DSL line goes off you can switch to the wireless one for time being.

I'm calling everyday 2 time in VSNL customer care and they say me sir your internet connection will be start at evening. Everyday this same answer but still my connection is not working. Now I don't understand what am I do with the internet connection provider compny. :angry:

By the way I solve this problem in short time otherwise I will take another internet connection.
