Outlook Express question.

Hi, I am adding Hotmail email account in Outlook Express so I get Hotmail's email in Outlook Express but I try lots of time but I am receive the following error.

What dose it mean. Embarrassed What am I to do now?

If you want to use Outlook for hotmail you have to have a paid hotmail account.
