I have some pages to do and they need to be seen without scrolling side to side in 640 pixels and 1024 pixels. In 1024 the pictures and texts are smaller and in 640 the picture and text is are huge. I read that if you nest everything in a table that you can size it to fit both and look as if it was meant to be that size. Is there any other variable to consider.

I think you can put these pictures into a fixed form in the display, set the table size on the line
