Picked this up last night for reg fee, looking to develop into a vB forum, think it has some good potential. Just wondering what anyone else thought of it in terms of a valuation as a domain name alone? I realize its not a great TLD, but thought it was a nice little name for an independent forum site

I think it's great for a real estate forum or landlord forum. But I would say low $xx as a domain name undeveloped with no PR, backlinks, or traffic.

If you could find the right buyer I would expect it to go for $xxx, but it may be hard to find someone.

I agree it is Low $xx without development as it is also a .org

With the right buyer only you can get something between $xxx

But it is a developable kind of domain name

Friend I think the .com version of this domain name would be Mid $xxx to Low $xxxx without development.

With development it would depend on the amount of traffic and revenue it generates.
