Some sites are being labelled as not beneficial for the advetisers. When the conversion ratio from some site is not so good that site does gets in this zone.

Due to this you can be paid 0.1 dollars for the same ads that are getting more on some other sites.

It would help others to know where you saw this. We can then take a look and see what you are seeing. Where did you see it?

I show Smart Pricing thread on DP forum and I only know that google.com pay minimum rate for the same google adsense which you put on your site when your site in Smart Pricing. Why I don't know.
