Hello friends you all know what's going on in "Stocks Market" right now. Some times the "Sensex" drop down and some time going high. The Indian Government changed the "Stocks" rules. They passed new rule.

In new rule we can't give stock finance advice to someone. And we can't put our ideas on "Stocks Market" on our blog and website. I was read this in news paper. Exactly my point is I don't know any rules of "Stocks Market" and I have to open "Stocks Market" forum.

What you think what is the rules say? Can I open the forum? I'm really confused so please let me know what you think. I need all of your suggestion.
