Black Hat SEO:

#1

Black Hat SEO refers to SEO practices that are in violation of Google’s Webmaster Guidelines. Black Hat SEO attempts to manipulate their search engine rankings through means specifically and implicitly forbidden by Google. This can result in the sites being banned by Google, and no longer showing up in the search results of Google or its partners. Black Hat SEO marketers take this risk in hopes of getting fast results, typically on sites where it doesn’t matter if they get banned a month or two later.

Black Hat search engine optimization is customarily defined as the practice of using unethical techniques to make your search rankings go up. Black Hat SEO refers to the use of aggressive SEO strategies, techniques and tactics that focus only on search engines and not a human audience, and usually does not obey search engines rules. Some examples of Black Hat SEO techniques include keyword stuffing, invisible text and doorway pages. Black Hat SEO is more frequently used by those who are looking for a quick financial return on their Web site, rather than a long-term investment on their Web site. Black Hat SEO can possibly result in your Web site being banned from a search engine, however since the focus is usually on quick high return business models, most experts who use Black Hat SEO tactics consider being banned from search engines a somewhat irrelevant risk. Black Hat SEO may also be referred to as Unethical SEO or just spamdexing, as spamdexing is a typical frequently used Black Hat SEO practice.

SEO is of two type one is white hat and another one is black hat.
People mostly used black hat to get instant ranking and this one is called negative seo or black hat seo.

In negative seo you always break the rules of white hat seo to get the instant ranking.

Black Hat SEO is not at all effective and you can get fined from Google. 301 redirect is a wonderful black hat process that helps you get instant rankings. However, Google will detect the same in their next animal update.
