Prepare your food without added fats such as butter or cooking oil. Make sure you take a vitamin each day while dieting. A short term weight loss plan may be very helpful to you in the initial stages of your diet, but over time your body requires healthy eating habits and exercise to keep the weight off once you have lost it. Good nutrition is imperative to you health. Any diet that allows you to lose weight quickly is not a long-term solution and should only be used briefly.

Don’t ever avoid your breakfast.
Drink at least 4-5 cups of green tea every day.
Do regular exercises.
Avoid junk and oily food.
Eat fresh vegetables and fruits.
