Trademark issues?

Hi,
I've noticed that there are bunches of domains with Yahoo and eBay in the name available. Do people stay away from these because of trademark issues?

Some go for it.

Some don't. It depends if you want to get in trouble or not.

I would stay away from it. and anyway they are never going for high prices.

By the way it is not called copyright issue it is called Trademark Issue.

I would advise you to stay away from Trademark names as they can invite trouble plus you may have to surrender the name to the Trademark owner.
