You need to apologize to amit here. Saying that someone is spoiling forums by their long usernames will not be allowed, that is being rude. Rudeness will not be allowed here, people need to be polite and helpful over here. Who do you think you are that you can tell a moderator to "please shorten your username" no, you can't ever tell a user to change their user id. Most the time people can call themselves the id they wish to, and most of the time the user id name cannot be changed. Whether you like the name or not is your personal opinion, but it is not allowed to come in and tell them to change it. You have been warned to now go edit your post before someone may edit it for you. Believe me, I have done this on other forums and I will continue to do this here. If you do not like what someone has said, you have a few options. You can send them a PM message and discuss it privately. OR, you can keep it to yourself and be polite and not complain.
