I am going to ask you a few questions about the domains to gauge a better price for you. Please, take your time and answer the questions in an informative manner.

When were the domains registered? Was there a developed website on any of the domains? What kind of traffic and revenue do your domains garner? What are the Google PageRank of the domains?

Without any of the above information, I would say that privatesubmarine.com is in the $20.00 to $60.00 range; I would say that less-expensive.com is in the $120.00 - $160.00 range; I would say that voiporganizer.com is in the $20.00 to $60.00 range. less-expensive.com is probably the most likely to be sold for a higher price, and I am surprised that this domain is not taken! I am sure that you can fetch a more accurate appraisal with answers to the above questions rather than going on name alone. Sometimes, you'll find that going on name alone doesn't tell you as much about the net worth as you think.

Well friend your domain names are good. But I am not seeing any end users interested in them. Lets say your domain name privatesubmarine.com

What do you think yourself how many people would be interested and how many people would be searching for a private submarine.

Not discouraging you but if possible then you should sell this domain names rather then sticking to it for many years when there will be private submarines as a common vehicles for transportation.

i think VOIP organiser is the best one form all three of them...
so i rate it in around $50 or so...but if optimized and if it gets some hits and with a PR of around 5 will get you around $150

I think everyone should limit their appraisal of names to just the name and not any outside factors unless you want to see if there are links pointing to it or not.

If you could find the right buyer, someone that make subs, this could be a great one. Chances are small it will happen.

less-expensive.com - $x-$xx
Most people don't like domains with hyphens, but I do. They are not as good for type-in traffic, but they are better from a SEO standpoint.

voiporganizer.com - $x-$xx
I don't think this is a great combination of keywords, but I could be wrong.
