Brokering a domain is much easier than selling a domain name to a thorough appraisal process - so you can be sure you'll never pay too much .

When you have purchased a domain through Sedo’s standard marketplace, Sedo requires you to pay the agreed purchase price and nothing more. The sales commission fee is covered by the seller. The purchase price of the domain is determined by the buyer and seller through the negotiations.

If a buyer uses Sedo's buyer-side brokerage service, the application is approved, and a sales agreement is reached, the buyer will be required to pay the 15% sales commission fee in addition to the agreed purchase price and the brokerage service fee. Keep in mind that if the brokerage process is unsuccessful, the buyer is still liable for the non-refundable €69 brokerage service fee.

You will most likely be required by your registrar to pay for a year's registration once transfer of the domain is completed. Registration costs for domains can vary. However, domains can usually be registered for around €20 per annum, depending on the registrar and domain extension.

In the Domains view, the broker is added to the broker domain and a default execution group is added to the broker.
Adding a broker to the broker topology creates security ACL groups, which give the user ID full control of the broker and its default execution group. These ACL groups exist until this broker is removed from the broker domain. The user ID can be removed from the mqbr* groups, but the user still has the full control access level for the broker and its default execution group.
