please advice me so that i can improve it

- no proper meta tags are given

I think that you should offer more to the viewer of the website and improve upon existing aspects of the site.

The site requires a lot of work and maintenance to get up to par with most standards, so you may want to put more time and effort to improve upon the aspects that jignesh mentioned. I think that you should submit your website to directories with well-written description, and give some descriptions and titles to all of the content on the site.

Well friend no offense but the people who are spending money or time to get their sites listed also sometimes want their links in proper place. Means the designing part also does matter even if it is a directory. If you don't want to focus on designing part then you will have to get a really good Pagerank and traffic on your directory.

Other things that I would like to mention is that make sure you have a custom categories for the directory.

I would place the directory on 2 stars out of 5 stars scale.

Have you considered hiring a designer to improve the interface and layout of the site? Is this the final release of the site?

There are no advertisements and there are no real ways that the site is promoted. How do you plan on getting traffic? These are some questions to consider.
