I am looking for BIDS on a template layout, probally 5-6 pages.
using 2-3 mysql db's and includes form mail (THAT DOESN'T DISCLOSE EMAIL ADDRESS).
Should be bright and cheerful, but easy on the eyes and work for all browsers and display sizes.

Must be expandable to include more pages and db's as needed and usable on various domains. (I expect sole ownership/license)

this site is a BASIC example of what I am seeking.
*important* needs interchangable front page.

I prefer someone u.s. based because indepth discussion is easier on the phone.

For the right price and layout, I am ready to go...

Humm.... I have staff who care surely handle this kind of project the only problem is that I am not based in U.S.

Moreover I can understand from the requirements that you have posted that you are looking for a simple. CMS which can add new pages from the backend along with the menus for it.

A contact form where the php code should send the email rather then displaying the email address.

But still it would be nice to know much more about it.

Being in another country is ok.
I just give some preference to "localized" people because phone communication is a plus.

The link I posted, is a pretty close EXAMPLE to what i want.
keep the header, footer and sides... redesign the center. (this will be the template)

i do not plan to do as 1plus is doing.

Presently I use 1plus parking for several of my domains.
and frankly, that service is buggy and he is none responsive to emails.

hence, I'll start hosting my own domains and am looking for template that will have multi functionality.

I'll go ahead and start posting request in other places if no one here wants to consider the "job".

This fetches the defined RSS feed and then parses it into HTML. Adsense is right now integrated in it but it can be easily changed to something else to monetize your domain names.

The thing will be to make a big package. Put the addon domains and then the feeds keywords only needed to be defined.

The rest the script will take care of.

Humm.... a descent and easy directory script would be phpLD

There are free and paid versions of it.

Another good one is indexscript which is also a free directory script.

Both have lots of free templates for them and templating it out will make your directory look more cool.

Payment options, SEO friendly URL's etc is all in there.
