There seems to be some consensus regarding which types of sites were hit hardest by Panda. These include, but are not limited to, voucher sites, article sites, sites too heavy with advertisements, and price comparison sites.

The new P updates (Penguin and Panda respectively) are wrecking havoc on the SEO world. Everyone should be avoiding duplicate content as much as possible and really work to have unique fresh content on their sites.
