    I don't think Google is concerned with customer service, I think they are concerned with monetizing their business.

    Penguin is worse imho. That being said, if you aren't creating new unique content then Panda is going to be a game killer. Don't rely on the article spinners anymore people!

    Panda seems to have cooled down a bit, but that was a wild ride for awhile. I am more concerned with Penguin to be honest.

    Google launches business photos

    I think this is a pretty cool development, especially considering that it's free.  Especially good for small businesses.
