Bing needs to definitely step up their competition with Google’s popular pages, but this also works to yelps advantage as well because it is giving Yelp an increased exposure on the web.
In June Bing made an important announcement that their local results are now powered by Yelp. It’s estimated that there are over 26 million yelp reviews online, so this is substantial.
Some evidence suggests the answer is yes. However, I think the important thing is demonstrating a good faith effort to Google that you have done an audit and taking reasonable steps to remove the bad links. I doubt an exact definitive percentage exists.
Recent responses from the Web master help forums have indicated that you must remove at least 80% of your unnatural links if you want the latest algorithm penalty lifted. Depending on how many links you have, this could be a Herculean task.
In case you hadn’t heard, Google has integrated their Google Analytics with their website optimizer tool (now the new feature is called content experiments).
Google has transitioned from a 5 star rating for Zagat business (compared to the 30 point system) and many merchants are complaining that their site traffic is down considerably.

To much fanfare, Facebook announced that they were launching a long awaited wordpress plugin (as well as a handy video explaining how to optimize your pages).
You must enter code onto you site and let it run for at least 28 days, allowing Google to monitor r your site’s shipping patterns and habits, and also allowing customers to rate your service. Probably a small price to pay considering the benefits.
