If you submit a sitemap Google will tell you how many of those pages have been crawled and indexed. You need to submit the sitemap through Google's Webmaster Central (you'll need to sign up for an account there).

Maybe try the anti-virus software from Avira, it's free I just got it myself and it works nice as long as you change the sound settings. It has some annoying sound every time it finds a virus. Also for spyware you should get Windows Defender, some more free software and it's from Windows!

I own sickdoc [dot] com, are you interested? I'm not sure if I would be willing to sell but wanted to find out how much you would pay for it then I'd let you know if I would sell it.

Oh cool some 3 letter domain names up for grabs! Too bad most of them have a number as the first letter, I might think about getting them if they didn't.
