What is Benefit of Approve Comment?
It's a very normal thing that blog admin's don't like spammy comments. As a blog admin I don't like spam comments. I just threw them in to trash folder. A comment related to the topic just a like discussion gets approved. As a reward the contributor gets a link.- Mikeonell

How long does it take to get indexed by Google?
There is no specific time limit. For faster indexing there are someways: 1) Submit your site to Google. 2) Use social bookmarks for faster indexing 3) Create and submit a website in Google webmaster tool account. Just make sure that you allow crawlers to index your website.- Mikeonell

How to submit my new site to Google/Bing/Yahoo etc.?
Setup an account in Google webmaster tools and bing webmaster tool and submit your website. You don't need to submit your website to yahoo. Because bing and yahoo are merged now. When ever you submit to bing you also submit your website to yahoo. You can manually add your website to Google...- Mikeonell
