Tenant declared bankruptcy
I have seen the deadbeats go to jail for up to 60 days in Ohio. Obviously, while in jail is not going to pay you.I agree. You can jam if the woman is only dependent on the maintenance of rent. I would go with the bankruptcy case.- FrankXJfrsn

Do you provide internet to your tenants?
As far as I can tell, even the poorest of the poor have a computer and the Internet, it would be desirable amenity. I think it's a great idea for an apartment building, if you can get a good package from your ISP.- FrankXJfrsn

Inherited Tenants - What to do?
