I think if I understand this topic correctly, someone is seeking domain names that have to do with the word brokerage, not looking for people looking to sell and buy domains (that is already in a separate topic).
Looks like you are requiring a small fee for each directory to have the sites placed in. Why? I mean if you just started your directory, you'd think you would want to have people easily putting their site in there and most of us can't afford to pay for the directories. If you have enough...
Just a note, do not get a professional certificate for someone just inquiring on the price as I did that once and it cost me $40 for the certificate and the person once I had the proof that the domain was worth $4,000.00, he did not buy it anyways and only was wondering how much it was worth...
You are so very lucky I can't believe the luck you have. You have a domain name that someone is willing to pay you many thousands of dollars for, I wonder why. I mean are they going to use it for the traffic that your site has? (Have you checked the traffic). Are they going to use it for the...

If you ever receive a notice in the mail telling you that your domain name needs to be renewed, what it's expiration date is, requests a reply request...
Thank you for posting this, I have a list of domains that I'd like to sell.  I will send you a PM message. As far as your commission, 20% would be agreeable for your share.  I've tried selling them and I guess I am no sales man.
Good for you Nick, I know sometimes on forums it is good to get so many posts done and to watch the numbers go up and up as it makes us feel like we accomplished something. We're lucky to have you here.
Alright, now how can you have the same domain names on several auction places? How would we know if anyone else is bidding on the items? How would we know how this could be a fair auction? I really don't think one should have the same item(s) on several different auction sites.
Great SEO article that some of you may enjoy, I hope it gives you some tips and ideas.
